Aforeserve is ISO 9001:2015 certified to provide card level and break fix services support to  users of ICT products and end customers of Original Equipment Manufacturers. It is also a certified provider of PCB (printed circuit board) level repair support to Original Equipment and Design Manufacturers . ISO 9001:2015 certification specifies international standards for quality management systems which requires an organization to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer expectations and fulfill applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Aforeserve’s Level 3/ Level 4 tech repair engineers are certified IPC specialists and meet necessary inspection standards required by the electronics industry. Embraced by Original Equipment Manufacturers and electronic services companies, the IPC-A-610D certification is the gold standard for high reliability printed circuit assemblies.

 

RoHS Compliance

 

Aforeserve is committed to buy or use RoHS compliant products. The substances banned under RoHS are lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.

 

 

ESD Compliance

 

Aforeserve Repair Services are certified for ESD compliance. To prevent damage to electronic components through electro static discharge all repair facilities use ESD safe work stations, tools, mats, aprons, slippers, hand gloves, trays, bins and anti-static wrist straps.

Waste Management

Aforeserve’s repair process generates electronic and electrical waste (e-waste), and small amounts of hazardous waste such as lead-acid batteries. Aforeserve is committed to follow stringent waste management practices like reduce generation of e-wastes, segregate at source, reuse and recycle appropriately. Reduction at source is vital, which is achieved by creating awareness and initiating actions towards sustainable waste management.
